"Very professional and completed task in a timely matter."

"Had our basement finished by Luke in first half of 2018. We hired Luke because he listened to what we wanted and provided a great plan to maximize the available space within our modest budget. He worked at a steady pace with an apprentice to do the majority of the work -- framing, egress window install, drywall, multiple door install, closets, shower surround install, painting and flooring. What he couldn't do legally, he hired competent helpers: plumber, electrician, and HVAC. I would not hesitate to hire Luke. He is a friendly communicator, excellent craftsman and a man of integrity (you can take him at his word)."

"VERSATILE construction has completed numerous projects for us. Currently working on a complete renovation of a house."

"We bought the Angie's List deal for a small repair. Gary came on time, did a great job, was very pleasant and professional, and repaired the hole."

"Very polite and professional group, hard-working and good value! I would definitely give these guys a shot if you need some work done!"

"It went very well. Justin not only knows what to check, he also makes suggestions on repair priorities. He gave good estimates for problems found during the inspection. I like his think out loud approach. Great guy. I've learned so much when tagging alone with him during inspection! Moreover, he is very responsive and patient to my questions after the inspection. Overall is great!"

"I was not totally happy with the final performance. After they preformed the dry wall work, the painter came to start his work.  The painter explained the work was not up to specification. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."

"Joe has done numerous projects at our house with our basement remodel and also installation of our main level flooring and wall repair. Joe is very responsive, always shows up as promised, does high quality work and is always willing to work with our ideas and answer any questions that we have as they come up. We would highly recommend Joe for any projects, he has made our projects very smooth and stress free. We will definitely use Joe for our future needs."

"It was excellent! They did a good job. I will hire them again."

"We got a bid for two coats of very high quality paint and prep work. Everything was to be completed in about four days but we went through a two week period of rainy days so it did take longer. The good was that we had some bare wood that the crew would not paint until dry even though it was not convenient to them. We got a very competitive bid with a higher quality of paint and very good carpentry/repair work and we got everything bid. I would highly recommend Leon's Painting & Remodeling."
