"Wow just so nice David came out way sooner than we expected called first and was prompt in his estimated time to arrive. Upon arrival quickly did the job until the water flowed freely again. And upon getting the bill was pleasantly surprised that it was as expected. Fully expecting the typical "other fees" or more time than what was really at the home. Price was a little high but worth it because of the quick response and clean professional work done. <br /> Original installation of one of the water heaters was poorly done. Example of this was the top vent was routed into the attic but the connection to the roof vent was not aligned so the vent was left unattached. They corrected this during the installation of the new water heater instead of just leaving it as the original installation had the vent routed. <br /> Not only was the installation of the new water heaters well done but they were also very good about cleaning up before they left the work area. <br /> <br />"

He showed up right on time for the appointment and after I showed him the broken pocket door and explaining that I wanted all the hardware to be replaced including the top track. He wanted to make sure about the quality of the top track I like him to buy, so gave him my specification that is to get an aluminium track and 3 wheel rollers, I was tired of spending money to repair every year. He called me the night before to make sure I will be home. He showed up on time to start the work. I told him here you are, I will be in my home office, when done just call me. So, took a little longer that I expected it, because of wall sheathing being plaster board, but when he called me and went to see the completed project, to my surprise, he had completed the job and just about ready to paint the access opening of the wall - which you need to open to replace the track. He charged me exactly what we verbally agreed and I was very happy that after so many years of search and work with so many handyman, I finally found a professional and honest person who respected the verbal contract and did not charge me more for the extra unexpected site issues. Garry has very good communication skills and keeps you updated with the schedules and appointments via cell phone. I will recommend him to anyone for a small or medium projects.
