"We just love our new kitchen and get so many complements on it!  The cabinets are all solid wood not particle board.  What amazed us is that one man came out and installed the cabinets by himself.  There is also matching trim around our windows and a matching pedestal.  They also installed matching cabinets in our laundry room which is ajoining the kitchen.  At the end of the project I felt like we were freinds, the employees were so courteous and freindly! <br /> <br /> If I could rate them higher than an A I would!"

"We found Kitchens and Bath by Design, LLC in the Yellow Pages.  They are a local company in the LaGrange, GA area. Upon arriving at Kitchens and Bath, we were immediately greeted by Kim, the administrative assistant. She showed us the cabinets in the Kitchens and Bath by Design Showroom, and the different styles available. Except for the total cost of the cabinets, she was answered all our questions, and was extremely thoughtful and courteous. <br /> <br /> Our contact information was given to Kim and she called a couple of hours later asking of it would be okay for the Kitchens and Bath team could come over to measure the kitchen cabinets the next day. D.K. and Jeremy took the measurements and asked if we had any special preferences, then provided a few of their own. My wife and I were extremely impressed with their professionalism and their friendly demeanor. We were even more impressed when they called back a couple of hours later that day with an estimate. <br /> <br /> The next day, Friday 10/28/11, we decided on the kitchen cabinetry and paid a 50% deposit of $3,475.00. <br /> <br /> Kim called on Monday 11/07/11 and asked if it D.K. and Jeremy could take out the existing cabinets the following day. They arrived at 10:15am and were gone by 11:30am on 11/08/11. This included the 34 year old kitchen cabinets, old cast iron sink, and stove. They were extremely organized and efficient. It would have taken my wife and I days to do what they did in 1 hour. <br /> <br /> The next day, Wednesday 11/09/11, D.K. and Jeremy arrived at 8am. The kitchen cabinetry was completely installed by 1:30pm. The kitchen does not look the same.  It is perfect, thanks to D.K., Jeremy and Kim. The cabinets were installed exactly two weeks from our first visit on 10/26/11 to the completion of installation of the kitchen cabinets on 11/09/11. <br /> <br /> I must mention that the countertop and backsplash were flawlessly installed by Carter-Langley Design, LTD., Newnan, GA. I had the exterior and trim painted on my home.  The provider was responsive, gave a fair quote, and completed all work on budget. "Richard Marks (not, "Shoulda Known Better" Marx) and his crew (props to the main man Chad), did a great job on our kitchen. It's an old house and there were some idiosyncratic challenges that they handled with aplomb (even when I didn't when I found out the new fridge that we bought wouldn't fit the space...oy, my bad on that though). They stand behind their work. One of the cabinets they installed apparently had a weak backing and it came detached from the wall. Chad was out the next day and said "yep, we'll get you a new one". Took a week or so for the new one to come in and they came right out and replaced it. Great guys, great work, fair prices... <br />"

"In preparation to sell our house we had a couple things that needed to be done to put our house on the market. After a failed attempt using another handyman we did some more research and decided to give the Ultimate Handyman a call. My husband contacted Nathan (the owner) so he could come take a look at the work we wanted done in order to give us an estimate. He wasn't able to make it out on the agreed upon time so he called to reschedule. He came out to look at the job we wanted done on March 13th. We explained what we wanted done and he told us what he would be able to do for the scratched wood floors in our formal dining room and our damaged kitchen cabinet. He also told us he would provide us an estimate the same day and that if we decided to go with him that he could begin on Monday. I thought it was a bit pricey but after reviewing our previous estimate we realized it wasn't that much more than the other handyman we tried working with. We contacted Nathan and told him that we would like him to do the work. He said they would begin on Monday. So we went out that weekend and bought the stain and paint so that they could get started. When I got home from work on Monday I found Nathan and his team hard at work, they had power washed most of the house and deck and were finishing up the fence. They had also painted our 1400 sq ft basement and were in the process of repairing the wood floor and cabinet. They even repaired a window stool in the formal dining room that I was going to do myself that weekend (at no cost). They were able to match some stain to the wood floor so that we didn't have to pull up or completely refinish our floors. They also were able to do the same thing to one of our kitchen cabinets that had some mild water damage. I didn't know at the time that they were going to paint the whole basement that day as there were some areas of drywall that I was still mudding and had to sand again before it would be paint ready. The painter ended up painting over these areas before he should have but when I pointed them out to him he said he would fix them all the next day when they came back to stain. His team returned Tuesday and sanded and remudded all the areas of drywall (even some extra spots that I didn't point out). They stained our deck and fence both which look great. His team will be coming back next week to finish our trim work after my husband and I get the concrete floor stained this weekend. Nathan was easy to get a hold of and stayed in communication with my husband via phone and text. He is on site with his team to supervise which is good. We will use them again if we need anything else."

I was so impressed with them, I have hired them to do further work for me, as they also do painting and other repairs."
