"I am pleased that we had selected a painting contractor who fulfilled all of the requirements of the contract and then some. Our aging 4-unit wooden condominium complex had been neglected for 10 years and needed extensive preparation and repair in some areas and as well as a complete pressure wash, wood staining, trim priming and painting on all exterior areas. Matt and his crew exhibited the highest caliber of attention to detail and quality of work. They even went beyond the scope of the proposal and painted in areas that should have been included in the contract-with no extra charge.
