He drew a precise plan, indicated what other service professionals would have to be included and coordinated (plumbing, countertops, etc), defined the time frame and the cost which - amazingly - stayed within our budget goals. A timeline was set out: measuring technician, wait period of about 3 weeks, and under the supervision of project team leader Ron Giesler, the demolition and rebuild occurred on the dot, starting on 9/18 and being completed on 10/5 (of the same year!). Troubleshooting in the implementing phase was promptly addressed. Major kudos to the two installers Erick Lozano and Christian Marquez who were efficient, creative, and very skilled in both routine tasks as well as in finding solutions to unexpected challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others or use it again if there was a need for other projects (bathroom etc)."
