"We had all of the windows in our home replaced with Coughlin Windows and the experience was great from the very start of getting our initial estimate through installation. The quality is amazing, solid warranty, helpful customer service and the installation team so hard working, conscientious and efficient!"

"They got back to me promptly to set up an appointment and were able to come out quickly.   They came down a little on their original estimate and the final amount was absolutely that.   They were very straightforward about the total cost and their estimates of time to build and install were right on  (think it was about 4 weeks)    I was pleased with the service and honesty of the company and the quality of the windows.   They look beautiful and enhanced the value of the home for a sale. <br />"

"They were the first to respond to our emergency glass needs, and actually showed up within the promised timeslot. After measuring, it took around 4 working days for them to cut, deliver and install the new glass because we have an oddly shaped window. On their recommendation, our replacement used tempered glass."

"This was not a good experience. When I first called the man said yes he would come on Wednesday but wasn't sure what time and would call. On Wednesday morning another man called and said he would be at my house at 1pm. He eventually called at 2:30 and said "time got away from me, I will be there by 3:30" He eventually came at 4pm. On arrival he measured the windows and said he would email me an estimate. I eventually got the estimate one week later after he he sent it a second time because "I sent it to the wrong email"I went with another company who came on time ,with samples and who gave me an on the spot estimate. <br />"
