"The house we were moving into have been vacant for a few months, and everything was covered in a layer of dirt and dust. The windows especially really needed a good scrubbing. We called Ian on a Tuesday and he came out that afternoon to give us an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We felt really comfortable that he would do a good job. We scheduled him to come that Thursday to do the work. On the day, he came in the morning, and got right to work. He was extremely thorough in his cleaning, and really got into the hard to reach places. And trust me, some of the windows had some caked on dirt. Our windows must have been more dirty that I thought, because he ended up spending close to 11 hours working on our house. His attention to detail was amazing, and despite the heat of the day and long hours, the last window he did was as just as good as the first window. We are extremely satisfied with Ian's work. "First, I was very happy with the glass itself -- it was cut to the correct dimensions. The reason for the B grade is that I called ahead and the girl answering the phone must have been distracted and wasn't friendly or helpful. When I got to the store, I learned that they did not have same day service, so I would have to drive back (about 20 miles) the following Monday to pick up the pieces. It would have been very helpful to hear that when I called, although to be fair, I did not ask and confirm that I would get same day service. I also learned that I couldn't get an estimate on replacing an old shower door because although I had most of the dimensions, I didn't have the thickness of the current door. When I said that I wished I had known I should get that, the girl responded with quite an attitude along the lines of 'well, you didn't ask that.' The other girl working there was quite helpful. But the girl who was first point of contact (phone and then in person) should be way more customer friendly. Again - the glass was fine; it was the customer service of the receptionist that needs to be corrected. <br />"

"The problem was identified as a sagging upper casing and not the rollers. The bottom of the sliding door was trimmed so it didn't rub against the bottom door casing. This corrected the problem. <br />"

"This is the second time we have used Mobile Speed Screens.  The first time was last summer (2013) when another screen contractor I had contacted (whose address was only 3 blocks from our house) said he couldn't find a place to park and told us to call someone else.  So, I went back on Angie's List, found Mobile Speed Screens and called them.  Kelly answered immediately and came out the very same day.  He made 2 screens for our upstairs windows for a total cost of $75.  So, I didn't hesitate to call him again when I needed a new screen for our front door.  And, he is up-to-date technology-wise as he uses "Square" which allows him to accept credit cards on site. <br />"

They squeezed us in on a Saturday when I explained we were putting our house on the market, even though they were already booked a couple of weeks out.  <br>Andy, who came and washed the windows, was punctual, courteous, and very thorough. He estimated that the job would take about 4 hours (I had 27 very dirty windows!), but it took a little longer because he was very meticulous about doing a good job. My windows are now so clean, it looks like I don't have any windows! I highly recommend Blue Diamond, and will definitely call them again."
