"We cannot even begin to express how WONDERFUL Charles was! First of all, we contacted him at the very last minute, the day before the wedding. We had planned for Beanie to be taken back to the Hilton by family and placed in his kennel for the evening to stay by himself, as he has done in the past. However, when we left him alone Thursday night, he barked non-stop for four hours! We then recognized we had a huge problem during the wedding and scurried to come up with a solution. Coming from Phoenix and not knowing any local service providers, we did an Internet search and luckily happened upon Charles and Healthy Paws Pet Specialists. Charles drove to L'Auberge and met us in the lobby after the wedding ceremony to pick up Beanie and his belongings. On top of that he took Beanie to a nearby park to exercise and play before driving to the Del Mar Hilton and checking in with him. Charles is extraordinary! Beanie loved him, and it was obvious Charles has a thorough understanding of dogs and a deep connection with them. He is professional and dependable and did exactly as he promised. Charles is warm and personable. At $55 for six hours of care plus driving and picking him up, his prices are extraordinarily low. Charles is also extremely knowledgeable. He recognized that Beanie was a little too thin and politely told us so and then followed-up with emailing us a chart showing the proper weight for a dog his size. If there was an "A+" category in the review options, I would without hesitation give Healthy Paws Pet Specialists an A+ in every category! He has earned our highest recommendation and our deep gratitude!! <br />"

"George was great. He was able to provide a rough estimate over the phone so I can budget the project. He came out onsite to review the area and tell me what needed to be done. George was knowledgeable of the various products and also helped me match a fence on the other side. He provided the estimate via email. Every time I called or emailed him he responded right away. <br /> He worked with both myself and my neighbor. My neighbor discussed the start day and there was some confusion or missed communication on the start day, but since I wasn't part of that conversation I can't say for sure what happened. I know George's team showed up around when I expected them and completed the work in the timeframe he had stated. <br /> Because of the odd location and slope of the hill there was a gap where 4 fences come together that is seen from the neighbor's side but not my side of the fence. George came out to inspect and discuss options. I was worried we would end up with ugly posts sticking out. He came up with a very nice solution and sent his team over within a short time of that conversation to provide the fix. He also helped fix the neighbor's old gate. All of this he did quickly and at no extra cost. <br /> I am very happy with the fence. It looks nicer than I had expected. <br />"

"They are really fabulous! They have done all the fencing in my neighborhood. They completed my rail in about 2 weeks and that included making, galvanizing, and painting it. They aren't the cheapest, but they were recommended to me and I know with iron you have to be careful. I feel the price was reasonable. No issues with them at all."

"Replaced existing wooden privacy fences.  One section was approx. 9 feet on one side of my home and the other section measured approx. 43 feet that separates my property from my neighbors.  Received 5 estimates and HD Fence's quote came in about mid-range of all of them.  Went with HD Fence, because Joan and Allen are great people to work with.  Joan was very prompt and courteous when she returned my call.  She was able to pull my old estimate even though 8 months had passed.  <br /> Allen is very knowledgeable and he even comes out and does a portion of the work, which is a plus to know that the owner not only oversees the work, but he's not afraid to get his hands dirty.  <br /> One other note - Joan and Allen both were able to ease my neighbors concerns and answer all his questions with the section of fence that separates our properties. Because I live in an HOA community, the fence had to meet certain requirements. <br /> Only bummer was that they do not offer painting services for the fence.  Not a big deal because most of the other companies I spoke with DO NOT offer painting services as well. <br /> Would highly recommend contacting HD Fence for any fence work you may need. <br />"
