On the second visit the technician claimed there was no electricity to check the gas fireplace. Completely untrue because we have a crew of people working on all types of things which require power tools. I called the company to discuss their findings after I received the invoice. The person who answered the phone was unable to answer my questions so he requested photos and an opportunity to speak with the technician and call me on Monday. I did not receive call so on Wednesday I called again and that person told me it was Julian I spoke with on Saturday and he would call me back. She explained to me that their tech was saying the fireplace was not connected and they don’t really work on gas fireplaces. I spoke with my general contractor who verified the fireplace has never been disconnected. When I made the appointment that was certainly one of the questions I asked ( Do you service gas log fireplaces?)! Just a frustrating process, all around! Would not recommend this company because they don’t return phone calls and the people who answer their phone don’t know what services they are capable of providing."
