• I live in California and my 88 year old Father lives in Idaho.  We were alerted to a safety issue when we learned that since he did not have rain-gutters that when the snow on his roof would melt it would turn his front steps into a sheet of ice.   At that age falls are very serious so we wanted to get it remedied ASAP.  It was such a comfort to have confidence in a provider based on them being on Angie's List.  Jared Sorenson of John's All American Raingutters, Inc.  was quick in returning my phone call.  I explained the situation to him and that despite the bad weather there was some urgency in getting this done.  He was understanding and very professional.  He said he'd call my Father right away and schedule an estimate and was confident that he could get the job done within a few days.  He kept his word.  He was very respectful and professional in all dealings with my Father.  The estimate was very fair and my Dad said he did great work!

My basement was an absolute disaster! I called Sweet's & they responded right away staying till around 2:30 am to make sure everything had been cleaned up & disinfected. After about a week of running fans to dry everything out, they did the restoration work in my basement which took about a week or so to complete. They told me that I could go to Lowe's & pick out new fixtures, doors, etc. The restoration work turned out nice, although the quality of the materials used were less expensive than the original building materials. (My house was built in the 1960s, so it had natural pine doors & wood moldings that were replaced with MDF.)

Then, I got the bill! Yes, it was costly but Richard at Sweet's negotiated with the insurance adjuster and after 9 months my insurance company finally paid.

What I most impressed with was Sweet's immediate response to an "after hours" emergency and their patience in getting paid.
