"Jeff was the coordinator for my full roof replacement, and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully. I hate gutters, and Jeff didn't bat an eye or imply that my refusal of gutters was a bad choice, he simply went forward with recommendations for the best products for my situation. The job was completed in one day (I have a simple roof), on the appointed day, and there was hardly any evidence left on the ground to show that they had even been there. None of the workers ever even knocked on the door while they were there. I was thoroughly satisfied with the work done and the price I paid for it, and I will highly recommend them in the future. The only negative I have to mention is that the crew arrived an hour and a half early, and we were awakened by the sound of people walking on the roof at 6:30 in the morning, but their early arrival also meant they were done by about 2:30 in the afternoon, so that was fine, and it was a small inconvenience. Overall, I was thrilled to have my roof replaced so professionally and quickly, and I have a much higher level of confidence in the quality of my roof than I did before!"

"The sales reps, Brian and Sam are great- very knowledgeable about roofing and the products offered. Our roof is in very poor condition due to no maintenance from previous owners and they included replacing the fascia boards along with the roof, as well as replacing the poor ventilation with a much better system which should minimize the dampness problem that is present currently. The fact that the roof has a 50 year transferable warranty should help us or our heirs get top dollar down the road if we or they sell the house. Our home will not only look much nicer but will be safer, more comfortable, and worth more. Can’t wait to see the finished product!!"

"Very reasonable and great work, Thank you Scott for doing such a great hob on my siding and roof came out great"

Elevated Roofing Partners is based in Hayden, Idaho. That's not a mailing address, it's where the owners live, where their kids go to school, and where they've been working on roofs for years. When you hire ERP, you're not getting a national franchise that happened to open a regional office. You're getting people who know the local climate, the local building codes, and the local neighborhoods.\n\nNorth Idaho and Eastern Washington have specific roofing demands. Heavy snowpack in winter, freeze-thaw cycles that stress flashing and seams, hail events in spring and summer, and wind that comes off the mountains without much warning. We know what materials hold up here and what installation details matter in this climate. That comes from doing this work in this region, not from a training manual.\n\nWe respond fast because the drive is short. We're licensed in both Idaho and Washington, so the state line doesn't slow us down.

"It was the best job I have seen in my life. They tore off all the gutters and roofing...resealed the roof and installed all nee roofing and seamless rain gutters. Everything was sealed and is beautiful. All the roofing from start to finish took 4 hours. The gutters less than 1 hour. They cleaned and hauled all the garbage away. I will recommend them number 1 to everyone. Thank you guys for all you do!!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
