Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
