"We love our new bathroom! We wanted to update our bathroom look and in a day, Russell gave us a detailed estimate for everything we wanted to do. We already had the new wall tile, floor tile and the vanity and just needed installation. Russell confirmed we had enough tile and also advised us on the other finishes we might need and want to consider like the tile edge, new shower valve and faucet which we hadn't thought of. He provided the rest and scheduled us to begin in 2 days! We also decided to have them put in a new tub for us. They were very efficient and the whole project only took 4 days to complete. We were instructed to allow the new shower walls 3 days dry time before we used it. Other than a leaky toilet valve that needed to be replaced, everything went perfect and the quality was way beyond our expectations. 5 stars!"

"Several Weeks ago, we purchased a New home (well, 20 years old) and knew exactly what we wanted to re-model during the bidding process. We knew we needed to replace the flooring in the entire home with new Tile and re-do two bathroom showers - expand and add new tile. We called several companies to price out the job, both big name companies which I care not mention here for fear of retaliation however both are well known. While thinking about those quotes, we knew we needed to paint the house as well so we contacted Ribbon Painting and Services for a quote for that and during our conversation with them, they said, by the way, Services means we also do Flooring Tile work and bathrooms! We were blindsided by that so we asked for quote. Low and behold, their quote was thousands of dollars cheaper to do the entire job! In 1 case, their quote was more than 10K cheaper! Grant it, they were a little unconventional as we needed to shop for our materials but that gave us the flexibility to find exactly what we wanted and have it delivered to our home. The finished product on both the floor and the bathrooms was great! After inspection, they came back to touch up the little things we found with no hesitation as well. Alex was so easy to work with and so accommodating. Nefti, the lead contractor who came to do the job was very professional.
