There was no extra charge for the time and material, he replaced this at at his cost, honoring the initial quote he gave me. What a gentleman and a scholar. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. The scheduler kept me in the loop for each step of the project; the tear off team and installation team cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day of work.
