Turns out they installed one of the HVAC systems in my new home last year and from what I can tell did a fantastic job and it works GREAT!! It still was reasonable enough so I asked the gentleman to come by and do the work. Sergey was prompt, very efficient, methodical, and we could see the attention to detail he gave to his craft. Even though the initial ask was just for cleaning, Sergey showed us the videos and black spots marking mold in our system, so we had him add that work of fumigating to the same visit.
