"Professional, courteous, quick, careful and clear communication throughout. Making the truck reservation was easy, the day of pick up we were given a window and then an update from the crew, and they were so quick and careful. It looks us two weeks to get everything into the garage (or what we could) and it took them less than two hours to load up everything and drive off. We filled an entire truck and paid less than $600. If you have smaller loads, you're charged much less, and they let you know up front that the cost depends on how much you have. Their prices are more than fair and the service is outstanding. Would and will hire again and gladly. Obviously this wasn't cheap but with COVID and everyone working from home and schooling, we absolutely needed the space and are so glad we made this investment. Now we have the garage to use as a gym, we have all the kids' rooms cleared out of their clutter and our office spaces actually function as work places. Excellent company and worth every single penny."

"Contacted Eddie last minute in need of a large bin for the weekend. He managed to make it happen. The bin was delivered and picked up by a very pleasant and helpful driver. The bin is clean and in great condition. Eddie was easy to reach and if he does not answer, he will return your call quickly. If you are renting a bin for the first time like me, inquire on the restrictions of what can be disposed into the bin. I will need to rent a bin again in a few week and will definitely use Nu-Way Bin Rentals."

"I called about renting a dumpster using the phone number provided by Angie's List. A guy named Matt gave me all the info I needed - size, price, drop-off and pick-up lead times etc.I called back the day before I needed the 3 cu.yd dumpster and was told it would be delivered between 8 am and noon the next day. He said the cost would be $125. <br /> <br /> At 11:45 the next day the dumpster was delivered. On the invoice the cost was listed as $150. When I called the number I had used to speak to Matt about the discrepancy, there was a voicemail greeting identifying a completely different number than I had dialed. Thinking that maybe wires had gotten crossed, I dialed again. Same thing. Then I noticed an 800 number on the invoice and tried that. <br /> <br /> A woman named Linda answered and seemed not to know much about my order. When I explained that Matt had told me the cost was going to be $125, not $150, she agreed to that. <br /> <br /> I filled the dumpster in 2 days and called to ask for it to be picked up. I was told that would happen the next day (Thursday). At 3:30 on Thursday I called to make sure someone was coming to take it away. I was told "the drivers are still out. No need to worry." <br /> <br /> The driver showed up the next day at about 11 am."
