Not only was Arran the first person to call me back out of the 3 companies I reached out to, he also was the first to come inspect the home. Within a total of a few days, he had taken pictures of my roof, walked me through my options and performed the work. I ended up replacing all the vents and installing a ridge vent. "I originally called Larry Crane to get an estimate on replacement of hail damaged vinyl siding. The estimate he gave me was reasonable, so I asked him for an estimate on a new roof, which was also damaged by a hail storm. The price was right, so I hired Crane's Quality Siding & Windows to do both jobs. He also agreed to throw in some trim painting at no additional charge. The next morning Larry's crew was at work on the roof. The whole thing was finished in 2 days, and they did a great job! The siding took a little longer, as Larry went above and beyond the call of duty to actually locate an exact match of my 30 year old vinyl siding! When they installed it on the whole front of the house, you couldn't tell it from the old stuff (except the new siding was cleaner). As a finishing note, Larry suggested that his crew could paint my chimney white to better set off the house. They did, and it looked fantastic! I asked him how much it was, and he said that there was no extra charge. All in all, a job well done!"

"The whole process could not have been better! We called and made an appointment for estimate in July. Danny Boes came ( at appointed time) and explained the system and choices we had. We accepted the offer. We were told up front the start date would not be right away, but we also needed to have trees trimmed that were hanging over the roof, so we had plenty of time to prepare. Prior to start date John(?) came out to take measurements. The work started at the end of August and took about 2 weeks - rain delays! The workers were out here every day getting done what they could between rain storms! The workers were friendly and took time to answer my questions when I would go out to look at the work. They asked where they could place items they left here so they would not be in our way. The site clean-up after the roof removal was better than I expected and overall the clean-up was excellent. In some ways, the rain storms actually helped us. We had an area that was leaking and asked them to see if they could find the problem and fix - they found the problem and worked to fix (it had to do with our siding) - rains came...no leak!!
