"Good, he had initially cancelled due to an ankle sprain, but rescheduled the following week and then offered a 10% discount on any repairs for the inconvenience.  Came out and made adjustments and repaired a leak.  He make recommendations on what could be done to improve the watering and said it wasn't anything urgent.  He followed up with a quote.  He seems honest and reasonable.  I am going to get the additional work done once we have some utility work done.  Will use him again, probably the best guy I have had to work on my sprinklers.

"Dagan Young responded quickly to my initial inquiry, scheduling an appointment to meet with me.  With a challenging front entrance I wanted his opinion on how to best light the area.  He made suggestions and explained the equipment he would use.  Dagan emailed me a written proposal that evening.  On the scheduled work day Dagan with his crew arrived on time, and completed the work on schedule, even accommodating changes I made midway through the job, and without a delay!  The crew was always professional and courteous.
