"One workman was sent over to fix leak. Work took one hour, for which we were charged $1600. We thought we had an emergency situation. THE COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. Even if the work was done properly, The fee for one hour of work is outrageous"

"In July we ordered a deck and fence replacement from Eads. Because of supply issues and being very busy, and taking our time getting the permit, they started the deck in October. All the workers that came out, from the ones that demolished the deck, to the different crews that came out to put the main supports, deck, railing and cover were all very polite. Each and every one of them knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. In November they started the fence and finished it as soon as they could. They even came out on a weekend to set up a small area so we could let our dogs out and even replaced a section of the fence that we shared with our neighbors. They never left a mess and were very precise about what they wee doing and we are very happy with the results."
