"He showed up right on time and did an excellent job.  The work was thorough, professional and quick.  Ultimately, he ended up cleaning out the vent line, which had a critter storing nuts in it, cleaned out the dryer itself, installed a new flexible tube from the dryer to the vent, and installed a new cover on the outer vent hole.  When installing the new cover, he even chiseled down and leveled the bricks to get a tight fight so no animals could re-enter the vent line.  It was an amazing difference on how the dryer functions.  Only slight negative was the cost.  In addition to the Angie's list deal ($140 for $70), we ended up paying an additional$200+ to get the work completed.  A bit of a shock, but given the vent had not been cleaned since the house was built 25 years ago, perhaps it was needed. <br />"

"I had Brockman & Sons provide an inspection and "tune up" on my a/c system before summer hit. Their technician that showed up was punctual and very personable. He walked me through how to do minor maintenance to my system on my own and fixed a few small air seeping holes from the coolant lines outside to the fan unit in my basement as well as inside the fan unit itself. He also took apart the A/c unit and cleaned all the coils. It ran great all summer and I will have them back next year. <br />"

"Butler was very thorough in evaluating our problems and providing solutions.  Besides recommending which model of new Lennox equipment to buy, they evaluated our complete system, and recommended we add another cold air return duct as well.  The whole process was very professionally done, from the expert salesman, to the expert installer, and even someone who patched up a hole in the plasterboard.  The whole installation took 3 days (but they had the new air conditioning running the first night which made sleeping much better) including putting in a new duct, which has really made a difference in system performance.  The new Lennox equipment is functioning perfectly and Butler did everything professionally and perfectly.  We are very very pleased.  Butler had a great team!"
