John answered the phone when I called and was here the next day, The price he gave was reasonable so I gave him a deposit Thursday and they were here Monday morning to do the work, This is a family company and with their attention to service and clearly communicating with me the customer I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact next week they are sealing my next door neighbors driveway. My other next door neighbor as well as a neighbor a few doors down are looking at full replacements for their old broken up macadam driveways. One wants to wait until spring and the other is ready to give a deposit, I have managed several properties and buildings and dealt with many different contractors. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help. Replacement of the roof with Ideal and Mike on top everything looked like never happened. It was a pleasure to deal with them."
