"Our front entry steps were cracked and pulling from house. In addition they were originally installed with a bad pitch, water flowed toward home. Derek from sun Viking came to my home for the estimate and after having 3 other estimates Derek was the only contractor who actually identified the actual problem and explained to me that simply veneering the steps would not correct it. I hired Sun Viking primarily due to Derek's knowledge and although the price was more than we budgeted for we went for it (We budgeted $6500 for the job). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! This company exceeded my expectations by doing the little things like pouring footers and rebuilding the steps from the ground up they also installed conduit line for adding step lighting or landscape lights to the homes front later on. His employees were punctual and polite. They explained things to me if I had questions as the job progressed. The finished product is just stunning and we have already received compliments from neighbors. Thank You Derek and the Sun Viking team!!!"

"Mr. Olsen provided me with a detailed estimate after I walked him around the property explaining what I wanted to have done; he pointed out the cons of some of my requests and how they might negatively affect the plants. He was very respectful, professional and not pushy; he explained how long the job would take; once I gave him the go ahead he showed up the next day himself with 2 workers, who were equally polite and professional; they all tackled the handpruning of the badly overgrown bushes and trees together. By the end of the day my house could have been on the cover of House and Garden it was done so beautifully! The second day just the crew of 2 were there to tackle the weeds - and there were many - and large ones - large overgrown areas - they didn't just cut them, they dug them out of the ground, and they even knocked on the door asking me if I wanted a couple of extra trees pruned - to which I said a resounding yes! The last day Mr. Olsen was back with the bushes and 6ft trees that needed to be planted and to help with transplanting 6 6ft high hemlock trees from one place in the yard to the other. He also created 4 beautiful red stone beds for the transplanted trees and new bushes and new trees. My yard looks wonderful; very manicured and professional; well worth the money; I highly recommend Mr. Olsen - he may be a little more pricey than others - but you really get professional looking results. I will definitely use him again. <br />"

"It went extremely well. Ray was a professional throughout. He was very careful when dealing with the township to make sure all the paperwork and inspections were lined up properly. It took two days to complete. Ray, Bill, and Matt worked very hard and the end product seems to be perfect. I am very happy with Culligan Concrete & Masonry and hope to use them again in the near future."
