"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"I think the service tech came out on time, brought a helper or less experienced technician, and as he did the examination of my generator he also showed the less knowledgeable tech. I found that very refreshing to do service and training combined. If more people made the effort to do that in the field more people would be better trained/you do not learn real problems in the classroom, I know first hand as a retired elevator constructor!"

"I had several outlets not working. When they came to see what the problem was they were very professional and explained the issue in terms I could understand. They quoted the price and I was amazed that the cost was so low. Not only did I hire them for the job, they brought a crew in right away and within a few hours everything was done and working. They didn't leave until they were sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend them for any electrical repair work. "Oneline Solutions technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. We have had 2 different service calls and both were handled very well. The first was changing out 12 fire alarms (3 story home with cathedral ceiling on main floor) and remove and replace garbage disposal. It appeared there was wire damage that required a more experienced electrician. The second call was above and beyond! Brian traced and fixed wires to garbage disposer. He took it on step further by repairing the broken cement countertop which holds up the kitchen sink faucet. He installed our ring camera and helped set it up for us. We had a light switch hanging by the wires and difficult to reach inside the cabinet. He insured all wire were connected correctly and than (one step further) built a small wooden box for the wiring, cut a hole the hang the switch on the exterior side of the cabinet. Awesome work dedicated to get the job done right!"
