"JD Hostetter is a great company! Tom the owner will come out personally to give an estimate and he is honest and trustworthy. We had our roof replaced, our homes exterior painted, some siding replaced as well as two exterior dormer windows replaced. My daughter has used this company as well for new gutters as well as exterior painting. The workers are always friendly , professional and experienced. They answer all questions that you may have and leave the job site spotless after the job is completed. The office staff is always helpful and friendly as well and promptly return calls. I highly recommend JD Hostetter. They are reasonable on their job quotes too. You will not be disappointed if you use this company!"

Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. "I had two wall sections with damage that needed to be repaired with new drywall and paint. Vitaly from Apex Design Build did a beautiful job on the walls -- I'm very impressed. I hope not to need that skill again any time soon, but I will certainly contact them the next time I need another wall repaired -- it's virtually impossible to tell there had been damage. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. "Excellent work!  Orig. price quoted  was 4,150.00.  However, during tear off of old roof they had shown my husband five layers of roofing shingles (which was causing our roof to sag).   We initially thought there were only 3 layers. When initially called, they explained they were super busy and it would be about a month.  After a month, called them back to see how much longer and they were out within that week or next.  Came out at around 7am and were completely finished by 8pm that evening.   Including clean up.   Its been two years since work was done and roof is still great!  We will definitely have them do more work!  Sorry this post is almost 2 years later, however on the up side at least I can say the quality of workmanship is still like new!"

"They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."
