"This was a fairly complicated job as the lock and doorknob on a sunroom metal door were out of alignment due to movement of structure. There was very little wiggle room to align the door so that it closed with ease without major reconstruction/removal of the door itself. The technican was awesome. He worked for several hours and replaced and realigned things till everything worked perfectly. Door seals properly, lock works fluidly and door handle closes without any exertion. New lock is exactly what I wanted and was keyed to match the house locks in my home. Totally satisfied with his professionalism and tenacity."

"We had 20 windows and 1 patio door replaced. We got quotes from everyone from Anderson to Window world. After getting all the quotes, our final decision came down to Pella 250 vinyl or Simonton from MasterPiece Windows. The Simonton windows were much better quality and the price was better. George was great and low pressure. The install team was also great. We only had two issues: One window was left off our original order and had to be installed later. Also, their shop vac broke during the install so they weren't able to clean up quite as well. They were very apologetic and swept up as well as they could. Even with these small issues would not hesitate to use Masterpiece Windows again."
