He worked nonstop from the time he arrived, early in the morning, until after the sun set (at one point using his truck headlights for lighting). He was very personable and always wanted to make sure we were happy with the job that was being done. Any crazy request we threw at him, he accomplished with no hesitation and a great attitude! He has reached out several times after completion to check on things and make sure we are still satisfied with the work. "The electrician was in and out within 10 minutes. The only issue I had was that I was told I would get a free quote when I set up the appointment. I was charged over $100 for a "diagnostics test" which was just to see what the issue was and all that ended up needing done was for a button to be pushed to reset the GFCI. I was prepared to pay the service call fee $70 and any costs for repairs but no repairs ended up being need. I tried reaching out several times but just keep being told they will have someone call me. It's been over 2 weeks."

"We hired stone and lawncare to install concrete pavers, stone walls, and precast concrete steps for our new pool. He also installed the pool coping, Trench drain and drainage piping, large landscape boulders, grading, fine grading and sodding. Javier and his crews do amazing work. Everything was completed in a timely manner And done correctly. If there was an issue, they would correct it immediately. Javier is very easy to work with and we would recommend him for any exterior landscape project you may have."

He also did a great job of installing our new appliances when they arrived, and he worked well with the carpenters who were building the cabinet for our wall oven. I would highly recommend him!  They did an excellent job. Cory and his partner Cesar are professional and responsive. The pricing was competitive with other bids we received and there were features to the different package choices that were not included in other bids. The carpenters helped us avoid several extremely expensive replacement areas with excellent repair work. I recommend these guys....solid work.

"Swanson quoted a fair price and after working to reschedule because of rain, showed up promptly and ready to work with a plan. Things changed a bit (there was an unknown existing blocked french drain) but work was completed on time and seems to be working as needed. I'm certain this was a much less creative task than their usual landscaping creations, but they were very professional and I would hire them again for more interesting work. Thanks!"

"Robert and his team did a really good job.   He was by far one of the cheaper bids we received and he was able to start the work very quickly after we signed the agreement.    When issues came up with obtaining permits he was able to resolve them quickly and without concern.   The yard looks so much better now and the fence looks great as well.   Robert will take the time to talk about what you want and provide suggestions along the way.   If people are looking at the 'B' rating s in responsiveness it was because the total time of the repair took a little longer than expected.   Some of the issues were out of his control, such as weather and my HOA being slow on getting plans approved, but there a few things on their end that could have been done just a little faster.  But to me a 'B' is still good.   Overall Robert and his team did a fantastic job and earned his overall 'A' rating!!   I would definitely recommend using him for any of your landscaping projects!

"Excellent service. Arrived promptly. Very thorough. Did not track mud through the house. Dog liked him. We had a difficult telephone wiring problem in our old house. Scott was able to figure out the problem with our two line phone system and he was also able to install a much needed additional phone jack at the other end of the house. This is someone I would call again for telephone problems or new wire installation. He did a great job."
