As far as billing we try and work with the customer on this but typically ask for material total up front, at half complete a percentage, and at completion the balance on labor. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "
