"After many years of dealing with a damp, leaky basement and all of the headaches that come from it, I finally had enough and called AquaGuard. Everyone I spoke with from the first phone call into the office, to the owner Tom and crew were great! The install crew of Shawn, Clyde and Aaron are quite a team! They took care of my home like it was their own. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I can't say enough about what a great group of people they are. My basement has never looked or smelled this good! I was embarrassed to have people see it before. Now, it is beautiful! The system has performed like a champ during the last several heavy rains and if you looked at my basement now, you would never know what a mess it was. Before, I was sopping up water, embarrassed by ugly stained walls and dealing with musty awful smells. Now, I enjoy going into my basement. I have peace of mind that my basement and home are protected. The price I paid for the service was very reasonable and well worth every penny. AquaGuard's reputation proceeds them. I read all of the wonderful reviews and can now add my own glowing review! Give AquaGuard a call! You will not be disappointed!"

"Mike and his crew were fantastic to work with. We had a variety of projects that were interconnected with replacing an old driveway, and they handled all with great expertise. Communication and responsiveness was also excellent. We've received numerous compliments on the quality of the work. This is the 2nd time we've worked with this company and have been very satisfied both times."

"We were extremely happy with the service, installation and quality provided by Pella of McMurray. We dealt with Rob Culbertson. Rob was superb to deal with in many aspects. I highly recommend selecting Rob to handle your needs. The installers were professional, respectful and diligent. They worked hard under cold conditions. They were cognizant of their cleanliness too and swept up frequently. The fiberglass windows and doors look great and I examined them thoroughly. My neighbors have been complimentary too. Try Rob Culbertson and Pella of McMurray for your needs."

"The salesman recommended a surface drain in the back yard to keep water from comming into the house. They dug with shovels but did not follow a chalk line resulting in an unbelievable jagged mess filled with stone. I cannot cover it so I have to look at this mess everytime I want to go out into my back yard or patio. Not to mention how difficult it is going to make lawn mowing. Then they connected and buried a rainconductor hose going down the side of the house to the front yard. Heaped rock and clay and dirt, literally heaped! Threw grass seed and straw on top and called it a day. Called managment and was told by a supervisor that this is how they do it, "we don't did straight lines" our yard looks like a war zone. Customer service does not exist, once they have your money you are history."

"Do not do business with this company, they do not stand behind their word, their installers, the office staff is rude and condescending, and the owner speaks to customers like a gangster, literally. "His response was you signed a contract." (Watch the movie Used Cars from 1980 that is the type of service you will get from Superior Window) To share some light on this experience. I ordered 8 windows total. Out of those 8 windows, two were bathroom windows, and were supposed to be obscure due to their location. For example the window in the master bath faces my neighbor's deck, they have a perfect view of the soaking tub and shower. On March 20th, 8:33am I had a conversation with the installer, I noticed all of the windows on the truck were clear, and indicated to him I did not want the bathroom windows installed, they were incorrect and should have been obscure. The installer told me that he would get with the office after he was done for the day, and that he would install the other windows in the meantime. The second day I spoke to the installer about the windows he said they were going to order the correct windows, he was going to install the ones that were there and then someone in service would come and swap out the clear windows for the obscure once they were made. All of which I explained to the owner Lou. He told me that the installer doesn't even work for him, he is not part of the company and that I signed a contract. He then began to tell me that he was recording the conversation when I referred to him as a scumbag, and that he was going to sue me for "slander". If I might add in the state of Pennsylvania unless both parties consent recording is illegal, so be VERY aware of that."
