He directed me to the parts I needed and then fixed the problem. This is especially helpful, since Lowes and Home Depot were no help. Even though I bought the doors there, they would not repair them. If I bought new ones from them, they would not install them. (They would only install if I bought several new products for a complete renovation.) They would not recommend anyone either, but just gave me the internet printout. Sean is a blessing."
