"The tree removal crew was excellent, neat, cleaned up and were pleasant to talk with. The stump removal portion was delayed as they had broken equipment and the schedule stretched out longer than I wanted. I think the stumps came out 31/2 weeks later. My problem with the customer service is with their communications to me. Got a quote 7/15. I had to place 16 phone calls to them from August 10 to Sept 10; of which not one of the calls for information or an arrival date was ever returned. The job just finished 9/21. Their office communications to this customer was very poor."
