"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. "I contracted with Brian Kelly to remove and replace the existing front entrance stairs and walkway to my home. I couldn't be happier with the great job he and Shane did. They totally rebuilt the stairway and finished it with bluestone and stone veneer. The walkway, which was pea-stone was replaced with pavers. Both the stairs and walkway were sealed. The result is what you see in the attached pics, but I must admit, it looks way better when you're standing on it! They cleaned up every day, were punctual and professional. This was my 2nd time doing business with Kelly Masonry, and won't be my last! Thanks Brian and Shane!"
