The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation.
