"Always On Generator has been outstanding from the initial presentation by William Hawkins, the owner of the company, to the final information session for homeowners. On the day of the final load test and electrical permit inspection, all went perfectly. Dustin, a mechanical engineer and electrician, reviewed the generator operation in great detail. He was professional and very informativeâ  a great teacher. My compliments to him. Hats off to the office staff as well. I particularly want to mention Trishia, office manager. Her skill in juggling the schedules and our multiple requests has been outstanding. She demonstrates a 5-star rating for customer service. It has been a pleasure to work with her during the process from contract to completion. After comparing three companies, we selected Always On for our Generac whole house generator based on the recommendations of our neighbors and the companyâ  s competitive price. If our example is typical, Always On doesnâ  t need to spend money advertising for new customers. Satisfied customers are the best and most reliable form of advertising. Again we are grateful that we chose William Hawkins and Always On. Their work and customer service philosophy are so excellent that we remain their customer through their Deluxe service package. We highly recommend the company." Bob Grabowski"

"5/21 /25 Kensy installed a generator transfer switch into our electrical panel box and also installed an extra outside electrical outlet that I needed next to my AC unit . Kensy showed up on time , he was very professional and polite. He took his time, making sure everything was done correctly and explained everything to us on how to use the generator transfer switch. He cleaned up after all of his work was completed, If you are ever in need of a handyman do not hesitate to call him we were more than pleased with his work. Debbie"

"They have been fantastic. Put a complete solar system with backup batteries that link with our home generator. I have called them for electric help many times since. "Very happy with the work Neil did with the new generator outlet he installed. We now have whole home generator capabilities when needed. He showed us how the setup works with our generator. Everything works as it should. His pricing was by far the best we were quoted. Will contact him again should we need any other electrical work done. Recommended!!"

"Our technician was very knowledgeable and personable. The repair was pricier than expected, but not outrageous. Our only drawback is that we had one outlet which worked prior to the repair which now does not, and it would cost us several hundred dollars to fix."

"He spent a lot of time looking at the electrical box and where the generator is to be installed, and asked a lot of relevant questions, but I haven’t heard anything from him since he was here a couple weeks ago."

"Swift Electrical Repair completed the requested repair efficiently. They arrived on time, had the necessary parts on hand and didn’t over charge. Michael was very personable and shared experience and advice. I will definitely call Swift Electrical Repair if the need arrises."
