"They came out right away, maybe three or four days from the call. They looked at the lawn and I signed the contract. The only issue I had was the salesman, I think he was. It was about the discount. I asked him very pointed, he called the office to have that answered. But he did have a coupon to give me off the first payment. I called the company and addressed that. They stated that he should have done that discount. It was a discount for being an Angie's List member. I don't know if he thought it would effect his commission or something. I owned my business for thirty five years, and my people would have never done that. I like the guy that has this route or whatever. And I say him the second time. I am very ignorant with all this lawn service. He seems to be very conscientious, the problem seems to be with the salesperson. I think this outfit is good, but it still kind of remains to be seen because of the salesperson, but I feel it was probably reprimanded. There seemed to be vagueness with the time of arrival, even when I called back in to double check. I would of even liked within a day notice."

"I originally left a very detailed and very positive review.    I signed up for every 2 months lawn fertilization to maintain the impressive first job.  The first service in early January left my yard looking green and nearly weed free for about a month.  Since then the green has started to fade and the dollar weed has started to return.  I thought it was no big deal since they will be out here in early March and things would be restored.   The first week of March came and went.  I called to make sure I was still on the schedule and was reassured it would be taken care of the following week.  The following week came and past.  I called and was reassured that since it rained they had skipped my service and it would be taken care of the following week.  It is now the following week.  Today I called and was told I was rescheduled YET AGAIN.  I guess what they do is certain areas of the county on certain days of the week.  If it rains one day they just totally skip the area instead of coming out the following day.  The problem with this is I mow based on when they are fertilizing, it really screws up my days off when I have no idea when they are coming.  My yard is now really suffering despite the recent rains .  I told the lady who answers the phone that I may be canceling my services and she responded with a simple "OK."   I am pretty let down and  will start searching Angie's List for a replacement today."

"Had a pretty decent relationship with the sales guy and the first person who did the pest services. They sent out another person several months ago for pest control and he is very condescending in conversations. Here's how I would rate the Pest Control <br /> Ants -  B. They would be responsive and come out and service the ghost ant issues, but I would find them in other areas after the service was done.  <br /> Roaches - D. They would place traps, sticky pads, but basically punted and said there's nothing they can do other than have the house completely sealed or the roaches will get in. They came out to service the roaches one time and it got much worse the week after.  <br /> Lawn Care <br /> The technician guy is really a great guy. I don't know why, but the front strip in front of my house by the sidewalk and the back yard didn't really ever get better than what it was over a year ago.  <br /> Professionalism/Customer service:  <br /> I'd say they are overall very responsive from the sales guy to the techcnician, but I didn't see the results enough to warrant keeping the service. I had an issue with the condescending talk from the newer pest control guy as well and the biggie was that I cancelled the service yesterday, and today I woke up to a "W**" text from my sales guy.  <br /> I sure would have been fired if I sent one of my customers a "W**" message in any capacity.  <br /> So I don't know "W**" is up with that, but Truly Nolan needs to invest in some customer service/communication training.  <br /> <br />"
