They maintain a crew (Tony and Tony) specifically for repairs, so while many other large companies can’t be bothered with small jobs, 5 Starr has a crew solely for repairs. We called, Tony and Tony came out the next morning (some other companies we contacted sent a salesperson), went up onto the roof AND into the attic, determined the cause of the leak, took photos and showed us, then, gave us quote while they were still there. They scheduled us ASAP, came out on-time and did the work as promised in the time stated. They took pictures throughout the job so we could see what was done. Totally professional in every way.
