"Andrew was awesome. The job ended up to be more than we anticipated, but he stuck with it and made sure floors were free of mold. Had to fix the josts replace floor base before actually reinstalling the flooring. Washed much of the flooring to ensure no mold was present. Ran a dehumidifier to dry wood out as much as possible. Reinstalled the flooring & you would never know there had been a problem. I would recommend Andrew to anyone including my family & close friends. He has been doing this type of work for over 20 yrs, so is a wealth of knowledge & willing shared so I understood exactly what the issues were. Cleaned up ever bit of the house & carport where he worked. He truly was amazing! So Blessed I hired him. Glad to know there are still such hard workers in these times when many try to rip you off with poor quality work at astronomical prices."

"Awesome! I called 4 different tile companies on Thursday March 21, 2019. Oscar was the first one to call back and actually had one of his people come to my house within 20 minutes. Other companies finally called back. Their prices were at least $1500 over what Oscar quoted me. They also told me it would take 4 to 7 days to complete. His crew showed up at 9am on Friday the 22nd ripped up old tile replaced it by 3pm. I've never seen anything like it! They came back on Monday to grout it. They did a beautiful job! "Went beyond my expectation to repair my cypress fence and add a partial new panel. My fence was leaning and about to fall due to a palm tree pushing on it. Other contractors wanted to remove palm, or brace from my neighbors yard or just told me to save my money and get a new fence which was thousands of dollars.
