Ken pointed out that our existing surface was fine and just the joints needed work and he proposed a maintenance-level job with silicone at a more reasonable cost, with a 5-yr warranty. Job got done on schedule, just on time for rain and snow. Phew! It came out looking neat. The workers were careful at every step, helpful and pleasant in their communication."

Within a few hours, he had patched the roof, did the gutter cleaning, and sealed everything. He even cut some branches so they didn't hit the roof. He was respectful of my property by cleaning up the shingles and all the leaves. Having one person do both jobs really was very helpful. I would hire him again. "

The foreman explained the newest products on the underlayment and how it worked. The tiles on the edges were custom cut and lined up beautifully. Clean up was ongoing. Only one spot on my grass.
