"What was purchased was a deep cleaning.The crew came in Saturday and they started out great in the beginning with the kitchen and living-room. Where it started to get disappointing is when they started to go to the bedrooms and started missing areas here and there that were pretty obvious. Personally to me a deep cleaning shouldn't have a time limit. It should be a complete job to where the time should not matter. After I saw all the missed spots I did let them know, and they did comeback to clean up those areas. But I had to spend my time pointing out those multiple areas which was tedious, and also the communication barrier was difficult. The bottom line for me is if your going to do a "Deep Cleaning" don't place a time limit to where the chances of being called back will be high."
