Our biggest priorities were quality work that we could trust was done right (no cutting corners) and timely completion of the project (no disappearing contractor horror stories), and that is what we got with Buckeye Basements. They presented us with a timeline at the beginning and it was accurate throughout the project, even ending a few days early. This helped us know exactly what to expect, when payments were due, and what days we needed to have decisions made such as paint colors. The crews were professional and kept a clean worksite. "Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars.
