Gustafson Roofing came promptly to my house, identified the problem, offered me a written estimate the next day, and came three days later with a 5 man roofing crew and all of the correct materials to reroof a section of the roof, flash the chimney, and end the leak. "I am lucky enough to have met Robert Strahan over 10 years ago when I moved to Naperville. If you want to know why I use Robert Strahan and Strahan Construction I can some it up in one short story. We had our sump pump go out on Labor Day 2018 during a downpour and called thought maybe Robert is around the area. He was out of town for the Holiday and said he was about 30 miles away but that he will be over in 45 minutes. He came in assessed the situation about 7:45 PM ran out to his farm to grab a replacement at 8 PM at night and completely fixed the situation by himself by 10 PM. I really can't say much more than that... Robert is "throw-back" builder/contractor. He is commitment to doing great work and helping making his customers happy no matter the issue. As his customer, I now consider myself to be his friend. We have used him for roofing, bathroom, basement, painting etc and he is 100% my go to on all things that are related to my home."
