"We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work. I highly recommend their company due to their excellent work and commitment to keeping their promises about when and what will be done!"

"Kevin and his dad did a great job of planting 5 Yews for me and laying down new mulch. Kevin was very quick to reply to my phone calls super courteous and very easy to work with. I live in an HOA community and took this project on myself at my own cost. I discussed all this with Kevin and I feel he gave me more than a fair price for the work that he did. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks Patty"

"The technician did a good job and was quite professional and efficient. The cost of replacing a sprinkler head was about twice the cost of any other company I have used. It is clear that they use a "special" to get the job then charge exorbitant prices for any other work to be done. They recognize that sprinkler heads are constantly being damaged by the winter freezing-thawing cycle.
I will definitely not be using this company again. It is definitely more economical to pay a little more upfront (usually $90 to $100) for having the unit turned on but saving on any heads that needed to be replaced. Last year I had to have 3 or 4 heads replaced.

"They did an amazing job, replaced about 360 bad bricks from my exterior walls and made it look like new. I highly recommend Masonry Doctors and have already used them again for some foundation crack repairs and will be doing business with them again in the future."
