Initial Consultation and Proposal: Juan visited my home, took meticulous measurements, and showed me impressive examples of his previous work. He listened attentively to my preferences and needs. Within a week, he provided a detailed proposal that broke down various options, including addressing our backyard landscaping needs. 2. Efficient Execution: After a brief delay due to rain (which Juan communicated promptly), his team efficiently cleared out the yard in just one day. Over the next two days, they laid down approximately 2,500 square feet of lush Kentucky Bluegrass in the front and side yards, as well as the parkway. Juan also addressed a water pooling issue near our foundation—a problem we’d been grappling with for a while. 3. Attention to Detail: Not only did Juan level the problematic area, but he also added a beautiful flower bed according to our agreed-upon plan.
