"I contacted Palomar Plumbing regarding an odor and leak issue with one of our toilets. JR and his assistant arrived the following day to provide a complimentary estimate. Given a previous negative experience with a different drainage contractor, I was initially apprehensive. However, JR was exceptionally professional, thoroughly explained the root cause, and offered a fair price. We authorized the work immediately. They replaced the wax ring, reset the toilet, and completed the job with great diligence. When an unrelated minor leak appeared behind the bowl two days later, JR returned promptly and resolved it at no additional charge. We are highly satisfied with Palomar Plumbing and will certainly utilize their services for any future plumbing needs."
