Joe responded quickly and proposed a membrane roof. He offered a low cost sealant, but warned me it would only last 2 or 3 years. I chose the low cost temporary fix; the job was done very quickly involving a special sealing paint over every seam, and followed by a heavy coating of a watertight sealing material. It was done in less than 1 day. The next two days it rained ... no leaks. I know I will be hiring J Corrigan again in a year or two for a membrane roof, but for now all's good."
