"He called me back about 15 minutes after I called (you don't need to leave a message unless it is an emergency, I guess he uses caller id to call everyone else back).  Our air conditioner wasn't cooling and a bend in a pipe on our air handler was freezing over.  He said he could work me in the same day and would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was very prompt.  He was very polite and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.  He added the freon we needed, added insulation to the pipe that was freezing over and washed/cleaned the condenser unit outside.  He also made sure to check the temperature from multiple vents to be sure that had fixed the problem.  I will definitely use him again! <br />"
