".They showed when they said they would and cleaned everything up. It looks good. I think they provide their customers with thicker/stronger boards to sit on while in the shelter. I also think the shelters should come at least 5.5 to 6 feet tall. Most families have at least one family member or friend that is over 5 feet tall. If we have to stay in it for a hour to several hours, we need to be able to stand up. They were careful with the equipment and quick. I recommend you look for any cracks in your garage around where they will be installing the shelter and driveway, so if you see any cracks once they are finished you can have them fix it. I also recommend that you tell your neighbors that you will be having a shelter installed and ask if they can move their vehicles out of the street. Ground Zero has a very long trailer they pull their equipment on and they need room to turn around on/in the street.
"

"Mr. Heinrich returned my call immediately and was at our log cabin for an estimate within a day. I was very happy to find out that the company has been in business for so long and that a third generation was going to be there for any follow ups that might be needed in the future. We had them repair a small flat roof as well as replace all of the old windows with new energy efficient models. Jaimie and his partner James were very professional and did a super nice job. They were done in two days and the finished work really brightened up our cabin. This company was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to others.
"

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"We were very pleased with the work done wrapping our old rotted windows and installing new gutters. Effort was taken to match existing trim and siding. Our only complaint was that we had to wait quite a while for the work to be done, but we are very happy with the finished product."

"My first experience on Angie's List was to find a contractor to repair a leaking roof. When I purchase my home the roof had been replaced within 2 years of purchasing. Yet within a year water was leaking into my living room. When other contractors came out they'd stand in the driveway and look up at the roof, then tell me all I needed were new gutters, which didn't help. All in one actually got up on the roof to investigate determining where my roof was leaking and fix it. With their estimate they provided proof on insurance and state contractor certification. Before the roof work commenced, rain was forecast All In One, covered the roof with tarps. Once the work was completed they cleaned up the yard and driveway of all the old tiles, nails, and other debris. Shortly after they completed there work, it rained again. I held my breath but no water came dripping down from the ceiling. In addition to the roof, since they were going to be up on the roof, I had them replace an old skylight. No, the skylight wasn't the cause of the leak, I just took advantage of the opportunity to replace it.
"

"The workmen arrived promptly the day they were scheduled. In order to work on the insulation issues, the bottom sheeting boards on the roof had to be removed, then the insulation crew had to work on that area, and then new boards had to go on. The crews were well organized and coordinated with each other well. The entire job of insulating and roofing was done in a little less than three days.
The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up -- there was never any litter or trash abound our house. The crew was polite and professional.
One small area of damage occurred when a worker slipped and cracked the ceiling on one of our bedrooms. Unfortunately we did not notice this until after the job was completed, as it was in a guest room. When I called about it, there was no questions or issues -Central Roofing had a drywaller come to repair and then paint the area that had been damaged.
"

"They were very prompt and the hard copy estimate arrived in days as promised. The estimate included 2 different options, which I did not request but was appreciated. It was great service all around but the price was beyond what my budget could afford."
