"I’m happy with the service and results"

"It was easy to communicate with Manny, and his emergency repair to my leaky happened so quickly, even for the end of November. He sent pictures of the roof hours after I first contacted CL Exteriors, I was quite surprised! I am recommending his business for repair of the entire roof and also the roof replacement of the other 2 buildings in our condo association. He promptly checked them out and sent estimates for the association to review. I am very impressed with CL Exteriors."

"I hired Guayacan Home Improvement to replace some siding and latticework following the installation of a new deck. Luis and his team were absolutely magnificent from the beginning of our relationship until the prompt completion of the job. Theirs is a family businesss of the very best kind - honest, skillful, friendly and reasonably priced. They scheduled the work on a timely basis and completed it ahead of schedule. Theire= attention to detail and cleanup work was extraordinary. I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I immediately asked them to consider taking on a larger project on our behalf. I strongly recommend them and would be happy to share my experience with anyone considering working with Guayacan Home Improvement."

"Rick installed a new metal roof on a large barn. He went over and beyond in not only installing the roof, but also securing old supports that have saved the barn. Rick and his crew are professional and did the job in a very clean and timely manner."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"Always on time, hard worker, listens and finishes work as asked."

"Jason from L&M Construction quoted a very fair price, did an excel lent job in replacing our exsisting roofing, cleaned up thoroughly, and overall was a pleasure to deal with. We had multiple communications during the job and he was always accomadating and even keeled in his approach. Subsequently we have used him again for flood repairs and consultations on home improvements and never been disappointed. I strongly recommend L&M Construction and will be definitely be using them again."

"They did a great job and I will recommend them to others."

"They went above and beyond... high quality people and high quality work... in addition they squeezed us in before winter to fix roof peak (showed up on a Sunday)... I'll have them back next spring in warmer temps to fix up around chimney... and weaseled them into sweeping pine needles from roof, replace bulbs on spot light and wire brush soot from chimney screen, all done with a smile/friendliness"
