At the consultation meeting as well as in the statement of work, Jose provided a detailed explanation of what the job would entail, the materials and processes that he would use, and addressed all of my concerns. "Overall the experience was fine.  I enjoyed working with him and would do it again.  They did good work.  He speaks english but many of those who work with him may not.  I liked the work he did and he solved a couple of minor other problems while he was there.  I am looking to have him back to do other work as well.  The most expensive part of this trip was the basement blocks having to be done.  Overall he worked with me on price and we agreed.  My only complaint was that it took longer than they initially stated, but on the upside, the totally cleaned up everything.  If I found a problem, I just shared it with them and they fixed.  Overall very pleasant experience.
