"I can’t say enough good things about Jared. He’s amazing — helped me clear out 20 years of stuff from my basement, organizes everything, cleaned up the garage, helps with yard work (except mowing), and hauls all the junk away. I have him 8 of 9 times. He works super fast and makes a huge job feel easy. If you need help decluttering or getting your place in order, he’s the best."

"I recently hired Utah Junk Bee Gone to remove some junk from my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Chris was professional, friendly, and really efficient. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m very impressed with the quality of their work and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. A job well done!"

"1 day cleared ALL the alfalfa covering the 1/2 acre Back yard. Even removed the concrete slab that's been there since 2006. Didn't overcharge us. YEAH! Even removed (tiller & bobcat) the wildflowers (actually mostly weeds) section of my weed infested 'garden', left the 4 producing tomato plants. The fixed feral cat stayed either in the garage or BY in spite of all the noise and dust."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Pleasant Grove, UT

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
