Molina's Landscaping & Tree Service handled each one with precision and did an incredible job. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals. "Damian was very professional and friendly.  We explained what we needed done; he offered suggestions as well.  We had a lot of rock that needed to be put all around our house and pool.  Everything needed new edging.  An area up front near the driveway entrance needed to be cleaned up, re-edged and mulched.  We needed drainage put in near the garage.  We had an area near the pool that had to be completely changed.  He re-used some material we had to create a beautiful new planting bed with all new rock.  Transplanted some plants and reshaped them; they look awesome..and he planted new ones in the planting bed.  He arrived on schedule and they cleaned up very nicely.  One of the new plants did not survive so he replaced it promptly.  His employees were very friendly and very neat.  It only took a couple of days to do everything.  We are very happy with the finished project.
